My name is Vincent van Oss. I graduated in 1984 at the Royal Academy of fine arts and design in’s-Hertogenbosch. In 1993 I obtained the diploma of the Pedagogical -Didactic Training Course in Amsterdam. Since then I give several courses and workshops.
COURSE
WORKSTUDIO
YOU are central in the work studio!
Beginner : As a beginner you will be given all sorts of assignments to master the basic techniques of drawing and painting.
Advanced : If you already have some drawing and painting experience, you can work on themes, assignments, images, still lives etc.
Workstudio Painting
Friday Mornings from October till March 10.00 – 12.30

Private Lessons are possible too.
Male Nude Life Drawing
Still unique is the possibility of working after male nude model weekly. Various models present themselves in their own way in short and long poses.
You can draw and paint after model freely.
Thursday 3-5 PM from October till April

General rules, payment and holidays
Introduction
As an introduction you can take a trial lesson. This costs €10.
Materials
Materials including pencil, charcoal, crayons and acrylics are available for free. All other materials you can bring yourself. Paper is for sale at cost price. Brushes are present. But I recommend you take your own brushes in due course.
Show your work
If you like, you can show your work on appointment.
Signing in
After signing in, you can transfer the payment to NL88 INGB 0007 2256 15, on the name of V.L.M. van Oss. Payments will be processed in order of arrival. They are refunded in case of over-subscription and if the course is cancelled.
Studio
The studio’s surface area is 70 m2. There are 12 places available. The address is Tweede ( 2nd ) Schinkelstraat 24 D, near the Vondelpark.
Discount
On Fridays there is a discount for Stadspas, cjp and 65+.
Newcomers joining later also get discount (proportional to time).
